We offer flexible learning environments tailored to your needs. Lessons can be conducted online via Google Meet or offline. For offline options, we accommodate home visits or hold sessions at a mutually agreed-upon third space, such as a quiet cafe or a public study lounge.

We accommodate both structuring needs:
Monthly Bundles: Ideal for consistent progress. Secures a dedicated, recurring weekly time slot for the entire month.
Ad-Hoc / Single Sessions: Perfect for targeted exam prep or single-topic review. These can be booked on a flexible basis, subject to current calendar availability.

To ensure a seamless partnership, we offer a complimentary 30-minute academic consultation designed to evaluate the natural synergy between student and tutor, ensuring a motivating communication style and a strong personality fit. During this brief session, we will thoroughly review your child's current curriculum background, diagnose specific concept deficiencies, and pinpoint key target areas for growth. From there, we will outline a highly customized, strategic approach tailored explicitly to their upcoming exams.

Online rates are listed below. Home Visits and Offline Classes within South Jakarta and surrounding areas are available with a 100k travel fee for every session. Home Visits and Offline Classes are only available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

To secure your scheduled slots, all individual sessions and package bundles are strictly prepaid. During sign up, you will be provided with a personal link to select your preferred dates and times. Please note that slots are temporarily held and will be finalized and officially confirmed once payment is received.
Refund and Cancellation Policy

At PT Momonke Edukasi Kreatif, we deeply value our tutors' time and our commitment to your child's learning. To maintain a fair and sustainable schedule for both our educators and families, we enforce the following policy for all online and home-visit tutoring sessions:
Full Cash Refund (24 Hours or More Notice): If you cancel your session 24 hours or more before the scheduled start time, you are eligible for a 100% full refund or a free reschedule.
Changes Within 24 Hours (H-24): Requests made less than 24 hours before a session qualify for a free reschedule*, but cancellations for a cash refund will incur a 50% fee.
No-Show Policy: If a student does not attend an online session within 15 minutes of the start time, or if the tutor arrives at the home-visit location and the student is unavailable without prior notice, it will be classified as a "No-Show." No-Shows are strictly non-refundable, and the session fee will be 100% forfeited.
Tutor Unavailability: In the rare event that a tutor is unable to attend a scheduled session for any reason, you will be offered a choice between a 100% full cash refund, a free reschedule, or the option to have an equally qualified replacement tutor assigned to the session (subject to availability).
*Note: For offline classes and home visits, rescheduling is strictly unavailable within 2 hours (H-2) of the scheduled start time.
